The Smashing Pumpkins Albums
In their first spell spanning from the late 80's The Smashing Pumpkins produced 6 studio albums, 4 of which went platinum in the US. Their debut album Gish was released in 1991, followed by Siamese Dream (1993). Mellon Collie and The Infinite Sadness (1995) and Adore (1998) preceeded their final official release album MACHINA/The Machines of God (2000). The Smashing Pumpkins were then one of the first artists to harness the internet to release their music and published their sixth album, MACHINA II/The Friends & Enemies of Modern Music (2000), as on online-only tribute to their fans, just weeks before their official disbandment.
